123 Days in now. Been catching a bit of the lovely sun we've been getting here in Scotland recently. Sure it makes me itch for a good (bad really) 5 or 10 minutes but, after a bit of time and willpower my body/skin adjusts to the environmental changes to which I can relax too while catching some rays and boosting my Vit D levels... Yassssssssss.
Still experiencing the flare cycle. Still Waking up every morning with super dry skin. Still Not been moisturizing for about 6 weeks now. Still chucking on Vaseline and Sudocrem when required... sadly, that's every day, ha ha.
So how's your skin been treating you lately?.

Looking fab, I think all this sunny weather is really helping - Josh has certainly been improving lately and he has been out in the sun a lot! Unfortunately it means being out in the sun and feeling itchy hot, but I think the benefits are a good improvement in skin condition. Keep up the healing, Louise x
ReplyDeleteOh no! Not the feet!!! Once it starts there it's so hard to stop it!!
ReplyDeleteYou should try looking into a different option than Vaseline. They eventually made my feet worse and after a lot of research I found out how bad it really is for you. I also slathered it on everywhere. :(
